Arts-Ministry Coaching

One of the greatest areas of need expressed within out A.C.T. Staff family and artists in general desiring to use their creative gifts in ministry is additional counsel and coaching to help them move forward with their ministry passions and goals. 

We all know that great visionaries often need help seeing their dreams come to fruition.

A.C.T. Intl Department Coach

The purpose of the Department Coach is to help our new Ministry Staff develop the foundation on which their A.C.T. Intl Ministry Department can build.  A Coach, one of our experienced A.C.T. Intl staff members, will walk you through a 6-Session process to help you get your A.C.T. Ministry Department kick-started.

The Sessions that will be covered are:   

  1. Becoming an A.C.T. Intl Ministry Department
  2. Managing Your Department Funds
  3. Ministry Foundation – Funding your Department
  4. Ministry Foundation – Creating an effective Ministry Accountability Team
  5. Ministry Foundation – Fine-tuning your Mission Statement and Ministry Objectives & Goals
  6. Ministry Foundation – Developing a successful Ministry Plan

The Department Coach is a required step for all new A.C.T. Intl Ministry Departments.

The fee structure for this relationship is based on the concept that the coach will be partnering with you and your department to help you pursue the goals of your department.  In support of the investment that your coach is making in your department, 10% of all ministry revenue received by your department is transferred to your coach's department until your coach receives $200 (this is in addition to the 10% Administration assessment).  As the Lord provides for your department through this partnership, the coach will share in that provision.

Ministry Development Coach

If you have the foundations of your Department or ministry efforts in place but need additional help developing a ministry plan and reaching that next level of ministry impact and effectiveness, we have experienced and trained coaches ready to assist.  Areas of coaching include, but are not limited to, the following:  

  • Ministry mobilization for those with itinerant arts ministry (Scheduling, promoting, product, etc)
  • Organizational development for those seeking to establish or grow a local or regional ministry event, service, and/or program
  • Support-raising for those desiring to build a team of partners to support them financially and in prayer

The fee for this relationship will be determined based on your needs and goals.
